Hey Guys,
So this is my NOTD featuring Color Club's Rebel Debutante.
Now before talking about the polish, I just wanna say that this is really meant to be put on top of another polish obviously because its SO sheer. Because of that, there really isnt much to say about it. I think its still pretty though. Since it was so sheer, i didnt wanna take 5 coats just to get it to be thick, and i was sure it wasnt gonna be thick. So i put it over Orly's Who's Who Pink

Rebel Debutante is a shimmer top coat. it has a really fine red micro glitter. in different lights, it could shine pink, and in some lights, it shines red. Since i put it over a more pinky-neutral color, it can show both of the shines.
Frankly, i loved this combo. Its still pretty neutral but it has a certain sparkle and shine to it :)

I like it. It was a nice combo. I have a few sheer polishes too and they look very pretty layered on top of another polish.
